The ComvaHro Academy is ComvaHro GmbH's central training and continuing education offering relating to the ComvaHro Loga HR software and the underlying LogAHR solution (P&I LOGA). In practical web seminars and face-to-face training, our experienced consultants teach everything that HR officers, payroll managers, administrators and HR managers need for efficient day-to-day work with the software — from the basics of personnel administration to special topics such as scout evaluations or shift-based personnel deployment planning (SPEP).

Our training courses are aimed at all users who work with ComvaHro Loga or LogAHR — regardless of whether you are already an existing customer or have just introduced the software. Typical target groups include personnel officers, payroll accountants, specialist administrators, HR controllers, recruiters, time management managers and HR managers.

No Our Academy appointments are open to all LogAHR users, regardless of whether you are already a ComvaHro GmbH customer. Companies with their own P&i LOGA installation also benefit from our practical knowledge.

P&I LOGA is the HR software from the manufacturer P&I Personal & Informatik AG, which is based on the Loga3 platform. LogAhr is the overarching name for the HR solution with which users in the HR department work on a daily basis. comvaHro Loga is the complete package provided by ComvaHro GmbH: HR software based on Loga3, hosted in the private cloud, combined with implementation, consulting, training and payroll outsourcing on request.

Most web seminars run from 09:00 to 16:00 in full-day format. Special topics also take place as a half-day format from 09:00 to 12:00. The exact duration is stored in the appointment calendar.

At release events (e.g. for release 26.6 or 26.10), we present all new features, functional enhancements and legal adjustments to the latest LogAHR release. You will learn what has changed in payroll, time management and other modules and how to use the new functions effectively in everyday life.

It depends on the course. Basic courses such as “Fundamentals of Personnel Administration” or “Payroll Basics for HR Administrators” are specifically designed for beginners who have not worked with CAI/LOGA before. Advanced and special courses, such as “Scout for Advanced” or “Special Financial Accounting Course”, require basic knowledge of ComvaHro Loga.

For beginners, we recommend the course “Basics of Human Resources Management” and — if payroll tasks include — in addition “Payroll Basics for HR Administrators.” For power users in the evaluation, “Scout beginners” is then worthwhile.

Yes For time management in LogAhr, we offer the courses “Time Management for Beginners” and “Time Management for Advanced” — including daily and time programs, accounts, account settlement, surcharges, evaluations and target time generation. There is a separate SPEP course and the “Intelligent Production” seminar for shift-related personnel deployment planning.
