The story: From 2 to over 50 in just 9 years
The success story of comvaHRo GmbH began in 2016 with two men from North Rhine-Westphalia, who founded a small HR consulting start-up in Bavaria. After intensive years in a large HR company, a quieter phase was initially planned — but things turned out differently. By mid-2024, comvaHRo grew to over 50 employees at the Grasbrunn near Munich and Hamm locations and developed into a leading partner for digital transformation in the HR sector. With a strong focus on SMEs, well-known customers and a comprehensive range of services — from applicant management and payroll outsourcing to time management — the company is on a clear growth path. The ambitious goals make us look forward to the future!
